Applications Now Open for 2025 Parish Grants

We are excited to announce that applications are now open for the 2025 Grants for parishes. These grants are designed to support ministries across the diocese in the areas of Creation Care, Parish Renewal, and Outreach. Whether you are launching a new initiative or building on existing work, we encourage you to apply and explore how these resources can support your parish’s mission.

1. Creation Care Mini-Grants (Support for parish-based environmental initiatives.)

Proposed Application Preparation Timeline

6–3 weeks prior to deadline

  • Attend the Diocesan Grant Webinar. (Watch the recording here and get the presentation slides here if you missed it)
  • Register and attend the Diocesan Grant Forums on Thursday, July 17, 2025 (To hear stories of successful grant projects from Renew & Refresh, Mission & Outreach, and Creation Care recipients.) Two sessions are available:
  • Pray for your parish
  • Discern project scope
  • Establish cost estimates and budgets
  • Explore additional financial or in-kind resources
  • Collect necessary approvals
  • Recruit and equip project leaders

2 weeks prior to deadline

Draft your application and review with parish leaders

1 week prior to deadline

Finalize answers and upload supporting materials

By application deadline (August 19, 2025)
