Give

Financial giving is an act of faith and worship of Jesus Christ.

The point is this: the one who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and the one who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. Each of you must give as you have made up your mind, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.

2 Corinthians 9:6-7

Ways To Give

Matching Gifts

Many employers sponsor matching gift programs and will match any charitable contributions or volunteer hours made by their employees. Some companies also match gifts made by retirees and/or spouses. If your company is eligible, request a matching gift form from your employer, and send it completed and signed with your gift. The impact of your gift may be doubled or possibly tripled!

Gifts of Stock

Please contact Dara Miller (205) 937-9225 or dmiller@dioala.org to receive information on how to make a gift of stock.

The Alabama Episcopal Foundation – Planned Giving

The Alabama Episcopal Foundation is available to all 87 parishes in the diocese and its primary function is to serve as an offering plate where Alabama Episcopalians can safely place planned gifts for the benefit of their parish in perpetuity. The Foundation also supports planned giving in our parishes by providing a marketing and communication program that promotes the theology and mission of legacy stewardship.

Contact Claire Cotten, Director of Mission Funding, at 205-358-9237 or ccotten@dioala.org for more information or with questions.
