Job Description: St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in Prattville, Alabama, is a parish shaped by prayer, sustained by worship, and rooted in a long-standing commitment to the life of the Church. We hope to be led by a priest who is attentive to pastoral care and committed to preaching that is rooted in the lectionary while speaking clearly to the realities of daily life. St. Mark’s desires a rector who leads with integrity, humility, and kindness, and who brings energy and vision to parish life. Working collaboratively with the vestry, our next rector will help guide ministries and administration with clarity and purpose, supporting families and encouraging a shared sense of calling among all members.
