The Rt. Rev. Brian N. Prior began serving in the Diocese of Alabama in January 2022. He served as diocesan bishop of the Episcopal Church in Minnesota from 2010-20, and served as Assisting Biship in the Diocese of Olympia from 2020-2021.
Bishop Prior makes visitations, works with individual parishes, and provides leadership development across the diocese. He is also guiding the process of planning for Camp McDowell’s future, and the search for its next executive director.
